When will my order ship?

It takes time and care to pack your orders once they are placed.

Please allow 2-5 business days to get your order processed and taken to USPS.

Do you accept returns & exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have an issue with your order, please contact us and we’d be happy to assist you.

How should I store my products?

All skincare products made in small fresh batches and are packaged in glass frosted bottles. Botanical skincare should be kept away from heat, intense lighting, and direct sunlight. This helps maintain their medicinal properties and natural fragrances. Skincare is best used within 6 months.

All plant tinctures are made with high quality spirits and are packaged in frosted amber bottles. Tinctures are long-lived remedies, with a shelf life of up to 3-5 years when stored correctly. Store in a cool, dark place.
